Our cabin maintenance services are carried out by three separate specialized workshops within our company. These workshops are specialized in cabin decorative coating and revision, cabin textile works and aircraft seat maintenance. Maintenance, repair and renewal operations of equipment such as seats, galley, oxygen systems are meticulously carried out. In addition, the production, installation and revision of all textile products in the cabin are also professionally carried out by our relevant units.
Decorative Lamination Services
As BE AERO, we offer decorative lamination coating, renovation and repair services for side panels, partition panels, dividers and dado parts on cabin interior surfaces. With these services, we aim to maximize cabin aesthetics and flight comfort. Thanks to the high quality coating materials used and expert application techniques, we produce long-lasting solutions in both visual and functional terms.
Seat Services
Specialized in the maintenance and repair of aircraft seats and related equipment, the BE AERO team offers its customers a high-level service experience. Detailed inspection, general maintenance and troubleshooting of seats are carried out meticulously. We also support our customers to increase their operational efficiency with RSPL (Recommended Spare Parts List) management and stock consultancy services.
Cabin Maintenance Services
BE AERO carries out all cabin modification and renovation works with a holistic approach, including avionic systems, mechanical components and structural elements. We ensure that the cabins reach the highest standards both technically and aesthetically, with solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of modern aircraft.
Cabin Layout & Component Repositioning
BE AEROs areas of expertise include the reorganization of cabin interior layout plans (LOPA) and the repositioning of elements such as galley, lavatories, coat rack areas, overhead waste bins. Aiming to increase in-flight ergonomics, ease of use and passenger satisfaction, these services are handled from an engineering perspective and implemented in accordance with international standards.
Component Painting Services
BE AERO performs paint applications for aircraft components in accordance with AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) and CMM (Component Maintenance Manual) references. With high quality paint materials and our expert technical team, aesthetic and protective coatings of components are provided at the highest standards.
Smart Repair Services
The Smart Repair services we offer for the repair of plastic components in the cabin are carried out within the framework of EASA PART-21 regulations or technical documentation provided by our customers. This service stands out with its cost-effectiveness and short-term application advantages.
